Houston Texans WR Andre Johnson’s status for next week’s three-day minicamp is up in the air, according to head coach Bill O’Brien. Johnson missed all 10 of the team’s organized team activities.
Footballguys View: Johnson is protesting the team’s offensive direction. They don’t have a quarterback who can scare opponents and that has caused Johnson to become frustrated. Even second-year WR “Nuke” Hopkins has been upset with the team’s playbook on offense. We’ll see if this holdout lasts into training camp.
