The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with free-agent WR Kevin Walter (Texans) and OG Chris Spencer (Bears). Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Our View: Walter gives the team veteran depth at the WR position. They are trying to trade Nate Washington away and if they do that will open up more opportunity for Walter. He’s a reliable WR2 and can be counted on in the red zone too.
