Titans | Jake Locker expected to take part in OTAs

Tennessee Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt said he believes QB Jake Locker (foot) will be able to participate in most of the drills during organized team activities this offseason.

Footballguys View: Locker had a lis franc injury to end his 2013 campaign, so this is great news about his recovery. He can provide extra fantasy value as a runner, but the health of his surgically-repaired foot is crucial to that.
