Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson, who ran 20 times for 126 yards and two scores against the San Diego Chargers in Week 3, said he’s back to his old self after being limited in the first two weeks. ‘My legs felt lighter today and just the preparation throughout the week helped with that, but I felt good,’ Peterson said. ‘The body felt good. My mind was in a great place, and yeah, I think I’m back.’ Peterson said last week his conditioning wasn’t where he needed it to be, and he worked on his conditioning during an off day last week.
Footballguys View: Peterson doesn’t need to say it verbally because his play on the field has shown it. He’s back as a RB1 for fantasy owners and a set-it-and-forget-it starter each week.
