Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon met with Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer at his pro day.

Footballguys View: Mixon didn’t get to attend the Scouting Combine because of his domestic violence incident from back in 2014. Zimmer likely met with the controversial running back to get a feel for what kind of person he is. The Vikings signed Latavius Murray in free agency, but Mixon would be an upgrade. With this controversy around him, Mixon is likely a second-round pick in the 2017 NFL draft even though he has first-round talent.
