New York Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell said safeties Stevie Brown and Will Hill stood out as backup safeties who impressed in minicamp. ‘Brown really showed me some things that I did not see in his workout,’ Fewell said. ‘Steve did a really good job of covering some ground from the post position, from the half position.’ Brown might be the biggest competition to SS Tyler Sash (hamstring) for the third safety job.
