Falcons | Lofa Tatupu out for the year

Atlanta Falcons LB Lofa Tatupu (pectoral) will miss the entire 2012 season with a torn pectoral muscle.

Our View: Tatupu missed all of last season due to chronic knee injuries and was trying to make a comeback this year with the Falcons. He agreed to a two-year $5.75MM contract back in March, but only $600k was guaranteed. We see second-year LB Akeem Dent as the favorite to start at the Middle Linebacker position.
