Indianapolis Colts OG Ben Ijalana (knee) figures to compete for a spot at guard or right tackle during training camp and the preseason. He fully expects to be cleared during physicals Tuesday, July 28. Ijalana tore his anterior cruciate ligament in the left knee Oct. 3 in a game last season.

Kansas City Chiefs CB Donald Washington was arrested Thursday, July 19, in Illinois. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $20,000, and Washington is due in court Aug. 23.
