Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos DL Elvis Dumervil was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm in Miami Saturday, July 14. The case is a third-degree felony. Dumervil was freed on $7,500 bail. ‘No charges have been filed,’ Dumervil’s agent said Sunday, July 15. ‘No assault took place and it’s likely once the full investigation is complete no charges will be filed against Elvis.’
