Panthers | Jonathan Stewart wants to stay

Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart said he wants to stay with the team even though he will be splitting carries with RB DeAngelo Williams and FB Mike Tolbert. ‘We’re good. There’s no reason why I would want to leave as of now,’ Stewart said before an appearance at Bobcats president Fred Whitfield’s basketball camp. ‘With that being said, I’m a Panther and I intend on being one.’

NCAA looking for answers from Penn State after report findings

The NCAA released a short statement Thursday after a bruising report the school commissioned on the Jerry Sandusky scandal was released. The report says school leaders, including Joe Paterno, covered up facts tied to Sandusky’s child abuse and the university seemed to have fractured procedures when it comes to compliance with NCAA rules and other policies.
