Browns | Josh Gordon selected in Supplemental Draft

The Cleveland Browns have selected Baylor WR Josh Gordon in the 2012 NFL Supplemental Draft. The Browns used their 2013 NFL Draft second-round pick.

Our View: No surprise here. Gordon has a great size/speed combination and should be a deep threat for rookie QB Brandon Weeden. The Browns had to select Gordon perhaps a round higher than initially thought because the Bills had the first pick in every round of the supplemental draft. Buffalo’s interest in Gordon caused the Browns to make their move earlier than some thought.
