Former NFL RB Stephen Davis sued the National Football League next week over concussions sustained during his 11-year career. It is one of 102 lawsuits covering 2,653 former players. Davis, who retired in 2008, said he cannot remember how many concussions he sustained. He is having short-term memory loss just four years after retiring from the NFL, and he has even started taping conversations to retain basic details. ‘A lot of things scare me a whole lot, and it bothers me because there isn’t no telling what day I’ll forget everything,’ Davis said.

The Atlanta Falcons felt fifth-round DL Jonathan Massaquoi was better suited to play at 260 pounds instead of the 275 pounds he played during his senior season at Troy.
