However, rookie RB LaMichael James is also expected to see some time on punts and kickoffs during training camp, and CB Perrish Cox saw time on kickoff returns during offseason workouts. RB Kendall Hunter and CB Chris Culliver also might get a look on kickoff returns.

49ers | Ted Ginn Jr. expected to be ready

San Francisco 49ers WR Ted Ginn Jr. (knee) did not participate in any offseason workouts, as he was nursing a right knee injury. However, toward the end of the offseason program, he appeared to be running near 100-percent speed during workouts. He is expected to be ready for training camp and the preseason, and he is again expected to be an integral part of the team’s return game.
