The Washington Redskins like their depth at the safety position. CB Jordan Bernstine, FS Reed Doughty and SS DeJon Gomes provide the depth, and could emerge as sleeper candidates, behind veterans FS Tanard Jackson, FS Brandon Meriweather and SS Madieu Williams.

Lions | Stephen Peterman appears to lead RG battle
Detroit Lions OG Stephen Peterman looks to have a leg up in the battle for the starting right guard job, although it will definitely be determined during training camp and the preseason games. Colts | Now or never for Donald Brown
Indianapolis Colts RB Donald Brown might need to establish himself this season and take advantage of his opportunities, or the team might elect to part ways with him before next season. This season is likely his last chance to show he can be a bona fide No. 1 back.
