Miami Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill remains unsigned and is not in training camp; however, he has reported to the IMG Performance Institute that trained Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton and Minnesota Vikings QB Christian Ponder during last year’s labor lockout, according to a source. Tannehill is working with former NFL QB Chris Weinke and also has a full staff of strength and conditioning coaches, a performance coach and a certified athletics trainer at his disposal.

Steelers | Antonio Brown looking to build off last season

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown became QB Ben Roethlisberger’s go-to guy over the second half of last season. Brown had 51 catches for 846 yards over the final 10 games of the season. However, Brown thinks he can only improve. ‘Definitely, I can get better,’ Brown said. ‘I continue to get stronger.’

Chiefs | Jamaal Charles injury update

Kansas City Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles (knee) said he feels like his old self again. ‘I feel like I have my swag back and my knee feels healthy. They cleared me to go so I was on the field today,’ Charles said Friday, July 27. Charles said he is going to work hard every day during training camp to prepare. ‘I’m going to work hard and let the hard work pay off on Sundays. That is why I am here,’ he noted. In regards to his knee injury, he said he feels better and he’s comfortable on the field.
