Rams | Agree to terms with Janoris Jenkins

The St. Louis Rams agreed to terms with CB Janoris Jenkins Tuesday, July 24. Jenkins was the team’s second-round pick of the 2012 NFL Draft. The deal for Jenkins is for four years at approximately $5 million, and that includes $3.1 million in guaranteed money. According to league sources, Jenkins’ contract has the highest percentage of guaranteed money of any second-rounder in this year’s draft.

Titans | Markelle Martin placed on PUP list

The Tennessee Titans placed FS Markelle Martin (knee) did not pass his physical Tuesday, July 24, and was placed on the Physically-Unable-to-Perform (PUP) list. He injured his knee prior to the NFL Scouting Combine earlier this year, and he continues to recover from that injury. He can come off the PUP list as soon as he passes his physical, and he is expected to return at some point during training camp.
