Redskins | DeAngelo Hall says ref equally to blame

Washington Redskins CB DeAngelo Hall said head linesman Dana McKenzie is equally to blame for an incident in Week 8 that led to Hall’s ejection. Hall is scheduled to meet with commissioner Roger Goodell and could possibly be suspended for the altercation. ‘From that particular camera angle you can’t see what that ref’s saying to me. So it looks like I’m just out there giving him a piece of my mind and he’s smiling and walks away. And that’s not the case at all. He’s dishing it out just as much as I’m dishing it out,’ Hall said. The cornerback added he wants to meet with Goodell ‘to tell our side of the story, just like them.’ He said he’s trying to get copies of different camera angles of the incident ‘so you can see both sides.’

Eagles | Michael Vick remains starting QB

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said QB Michael Vick will remain the team’s starting quarterback.

Our View: Vick is keeping the starting job instead of the Eagles switching to rookie QB Nick Foles. It’s a sweet matchup for him this week against a terrible Saints defense. If Vick were to struggle against the Saints then perhaps a QB change would happen.
