Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt (knee) said Tuesday, Oct. 30, that he was frustrated by his role, saying he felt he could be used more in Week 8. ‘I think I could have played a better game,’ Britt said. ‘I think I could have helped the team out more out there. I wanted to be more involved in the play-calling, especially in the second half. But we have players all over the field that can make plays. We just didn’t execute the way we wanted to.’

Titans | New roles for Akeem Ayers, Zach Brown

Tennessee Titans LB Akeem Ayers was on the field for just 36 snaps in the Week 8 game against the Indianapolis Colts, while rookie LB Zach Brown was on the field for 56 of his team’s 76 defensive snaps. ‘We felt Zach was ready to take over the nickel ‘Will’ linebacker spot off the ball,’ head coach Mike Munchak said. ‘He’s been doing some of that the last two or three weeks.’ Ayers is being used more as a rush end or defensive end.
