Ravens | Ozzie Newsome not considering retirement

Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said he is not considering retirement even though there was speculation that he would if the team made it to the Super Bowl. ‘That’s not even close,’ Newsome said. ‘Really, I enjoy the guys I work with and I think we have a great staff. I really, really enjoy the players and my relationships with them and that helps me in coming to work every day. Of course, winning helps, too.’

NFL | Mike Glennon could be first-round pick

North Carolina State QB Mike Glennon could be a first-round pick this April if teams believe that he is coachable and a quick learner. If not, he’ll likely fall out of the first round.

Our View: This is a bit of a stretch here. Glennon looks the part and has good size, arm strength, and athletic ability. He struggles with accuracy and needs to improve his poor footwork.

Bills | Not that high on Ryan Nassib

The Buffalo Bills aren’t as high on Syracuse QB Ryan Nassib as most would think. Buffalo scouts aren’t even ranking him as the best quarterback at the Senior Bowl this week.

Our View: Sounds like Buffalo is bluffing here. The worst kept secret in the league is the team’s interest in Nassib. Former Syracuse head coach Doug Marrone is the current head coach of the Bills and knows exactly how to use Nassib most effectively.
