LB NaVorro Bowman (shoulder), RB Frank Gore (ankle, shoulder), LB Clark Haggans (shoulder), OG Mike Iupati (shoulder), RB LaMichael James (back), DT Justin Smith (elbow, triceps) and LB Patrick Willis (shoulder) would have been full participants if the team had practiced.
