Our View: The Jets wait and catch their new quarterback at perfect value for them. Instead of moving up, they waited for Smith to drop to them and got a strong armed quarterback who should step in and start immediately. He needs to be more decisive and get the ball out quicker, but he can throw the ball and move out of the pocket when he needs to.
