Eagles | EJ Manuel a target?
Florida State QB EJ Manuel has seen his draft stock soar of the final week heading into the 2013 NFL Draft, and he was considered a second-day pick that could fall into the third or fourth round a few months ago. The Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets have shown interest and they all pick within the first 15 picks. ‘They want me pretty bad,’ Manuel said of the Eagles. Manuel would be an extreme reach for Philadelphia’s fourth overall pick, though, since they already have QBs Michael Vick and Nick Foles on roster. However, some analysts think Manuel will be gone by the Eagles’ 35th overall pick in the second round. The Jets also have two first-round picks, the Browns pick sixth overall and the Bills have the eighth selection.
