NFL | Could Ryan Nassib land in the AFC East?

The Buffalo Bills are interested in Syracuse QB Ryan Nassib; however, the team believes the New York Jets are also seriously interested in Nassib, and the Bills fear that if they don’t draft Nassib with the No. 8 overall pick in the NFL Draft, they might end up facing him twice a year. The Jets pick three times before the Bills’ second selection, No. 41 overall; the Jets own the No. 9 pick, the No. 13 pick and the No. 39 pick. The Bills also reportedly fear that the Jacksonville Jaguars are interested in taking Nassib with the first pick of the second round, No. 33 overall.

Redskins | To re-sod playing surface

The Washington Redskins reportedly will put down a new playing surface in June and then plan to re-sod the middle of FedEx Field in November. The team has been criticized for the condition of the turf at FedEx Field after QB Robert Griffin III (knee) suffered torn knee ligaments playing on the turf in the team’s playoff loss.
