Jaguars | OT likely target with No. 2 pick

There is growing speculation the Jacksonville Jaguars will either select Texas A&M OT Luke Joeckel or Central Michigan OT Eric Fisher with the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft. If Joeckel goes to the Kansas City Chiefs first overall, then the Jaguars could take Fisher. If the Chiefs go with Fisher, the Jaguars could nab Joeckel. Since the team already has a left tackle in OT Eugene Monroe, the draft pick would be moved to right tackle and general manager David Caldwell said he could defend taking a right tackle in the second slot.

Dolphins | Is the offense elite?

Miami Dolphins WR Brian Hartline said he believes the team has a ‘championship offense’ following the additions of WRs Mike Wallace and Brandon Gibson, as well as TE Dustin Keller in the offseason. ‘I think we got every move we needed to make,’ Hartline said. ‘We probably could add some depth at certain positions, but we’ve got all the pieces to the car, now we’ve just got to put it altogether.’

Vikings | Draft trade talks heating up

Minnesota Vikings general manager Rick Spielman said he is open to trade offers and that the team’s phone lines have been buzzing. The Vikings own the No. 23 and No. 25 picks in the NFL Draft. ‘I’m telling you, it’s been the most active it’s been in a while,’ Spielman said. ‘Because of where we’re picking. And I don’t know the reason why, but there are a lot of teams that potentially are jockeying from the top of that second round and there are some teams jockeying potentially in the bottom of the first round to come up to one of our picks.’
