Cowboys | DeMarcus Ware lifting weights

Dallas Cowboys LB DeMarcus Ware (shoulder) has regained full range of motion in his surgically repaired right shoulder, and he has resumed lifting weights. He is hopeful of participating in some of the team’s organized team activities (OTAs) in May, and the mandatory minicamp in June. Ware vows to be 100 percent for training camp. ‘It feels really good right now, but I hadn’t had any impact yet,’ Ware said.

I want to see what it takes.’ When he arrived at Fit Speed, Jeffery weighed in at 225 pounds with a body fat percentage of 11 or 12 percent. When he checked out a few weeks ago, Jeffery weighed 219 pounds with eight percent body fat.

Jets | Former QB instructs two QBs

Former New York Jets QB Ken O’Brien served as a private instructor to North Carolina State QB Mike Glennon. ‘He’s a big, tall kid. Really nice arm. He spins (it) really well,’ O’Brien said of Glennon. ‘What really jumps out is that he’s a student of the game, a nerd, a gym rat. He’s always trying to learn, he’s always asking me questions.’ The Jets spent time with Glennon at the Senior Bowl. O’Brien also tutored Vanderbilt QB Jordan Rodgers, the younger brother of Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers.
