Philadelphia Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland said OT Jason Peters (Achilles’) and OG Todd Herremans (foot) are looking good during offseason workouts. Both are recovering from surgeries. ‘Honestly, you wouldn’t know Jason Peters had an injury,’ Stoutland said. ‘You wouldn’t know that. Herremans, you wouldn’t know that. These guys have done an unbelievable job rehabbing and taking care of themselves. They’re out there running around and it’s like nothing ever happened.’

Washington Redskins QB Robert Griffin III (knee) said he has talked with Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson about his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. ‘I’m not all-knowing about the injury so I listen to guys. You know, Adrian said what everyone else said. I’m not Adrian. Adrian’s not me. Everybody’s body heals a little bit differently. [QB Rex Grossman] also tore an ACL in his career. He’s talked to me about the uncertainties that he had with the injury,’ Griffin said.
Our View: Peterson was superhuman last year when he came back from his knee injury and ran for over 2,000 yards. All the reports coming out of Washington have been positive about Griffin’s knee. He should be ready to go by the start of the regular season.
