Kansas City Chiefs running backs coach Eric Bieniemy has been working with RB Knile Davis to help perfect his running technique. ‘We’ve had conversations about stuff on and off-the-field; he’s really been like that father-figure to me, helping me and showing me different things, letting me know what I’m about to face,” Davis said. “On the field, he’s very hard on me; he’s my biggest critic. He’s a perfectionist, who is on me about the littlest details, but I know it’s going to make me better and that’s what he’s here for; he’s definitely doing his job.’

San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick is trying to find balance in his workout routine to help stay fit before training camp after head coach Jim Harbaugh said he was concerned about his quarterback working too hard in the weight room. ‘That’s the balance I’m trying to find,’ Kaepernick said. ‘Can I get big, can I get strong and still remain flexible enough to go out and throw the ball well?’
