Lions | Louis Delmas not 100 percent

Detroit Lions FS Louis Delmas (knee) said Wednesday, June 26, that he is not quite back to 100 percent after multiple knee injuries last season. ‘I’m feeling great. I’m not all the way back 100 percent yet, but I can go around the range of 88 or 90 percent right now,’ Delmas said. ‘I still got a long road ahead of me. I plan on going through camp, trying to build my knee up as much as possible so I can go into the season 100 percent.’

Jets | Bilal Powell fighting for roster spot

New York Jets RB Bilal Powell is in need of a strong training camp and preseason to stick around, as the team brought in RBs Chris Ivory and Mike Goodson during the offseason. Powell and RB Joe McKnight are fighting for jobs, and McKnight has value due to his skills as a kick returner. Powell’s value increases if Goodson is suspended for his recent arrest.
