Updating an ongoing story, a law enforcement official said New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez will be arrested in connection with the North Attleborough, Mass., murder.
Our View: More bad news for Hernandez here. We’ll see if law enforcement officials go through with this and take the Patriots TE into custody. Hernandez may not have pulled the trigger but according to reports forensic evidence has him at one of the crime scenes.

New England Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez has had a suit filed against him in a South Florida district court. The plaintiff filed suit against Hernandez earlier this month and later dropped the complaint. Hernandez was originally alleged to have shot someone in the face in an incident in Miami.
