Texans | DeAndre Hopkins still dealing with concussion

Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak said WR DeAndre Hopkins (concussion) still has not passed his final concussion test.

Footballguys View: This has been over 10 days now, and Hopkins also had a severe concussion in 2011 when he was in a car accident. It’s hard to like him as much because his return date may be farther away than any of us expected when he originally went down with this injury. This also casts a small shadow on his dynasty stock, as his next concussion could be one that sidelines him for an even longer period of time. We wouldn’t take Hopkins until the 10th round or later despite his hot start to training camp and the preseason.

Bills | Three in running for No. 3 RB job

Buffalo Bills RBs Kendall Gaskins, Zachary Brown and Tashard Choice are all candidates to be the team’s No. 3 running back. The team may try to sign Gaskins or Brown to their practice squad if they do not get the job.

Footballguys View: This shows you how far Tashard Choice has fallen five years after having great success against the Steelers and Ravens defenses late in the 2008 season.
