Titans | No timetable for Jake Locker

Updating previous reports, Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak said there is no timetable for when QB Jake Locker (hip, knee) will be able to return. Locker is scheduled to undergo another MRI Tuesday, Oct. 1, to determine the extent of the hip injury. Munchak said Locker’s injury is not season-ending. Locker also suffered a medial collater ligament sprain during the game.

Lions | Chris Houston’s injury not long term

Detroit Lions CB Chris Houston (leg) ‘doesn’t appear’ to have a long-term injury, but head coach Jim Schwartz is listing Houston as ‘day-to-day, week-to-week.’ ‘We’ll just see. He has a leg injury. I’ll just keep it that way,’ Schwartz said. ‘And we’ll just see where he can get to this week and we’ll try to get him back as quick as we can.’ CB Darius Slay would likely replace Houston if he’s unable to play in Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers.
