The St. Louis Rams provided no definitive update on RB Zac Stacy (concussion), who suffered a head injury in the Week 12 game against the Chicago Bears. Head coach Jeff Fisher said Monday, Nov. 25, that Stacy, and CB Trumaine Johnson (head) and OG Chris Williams (head), will each be monitored this week before any determination is made on their availability for the Week 13 game against the San Francisco 49ers. ‘We have a series of things that we do today, tomorrow and Wednesday,’ Fisher said. ‘Right now everybody is doing fine.’

Updating a previous report, the Seattle Seahawks are trying to sign free-agent CB Antoine Winfield (Seahawks) to help replace CBs Brandon Browner and Walter Thurmond, both facing league suspensions.

Seattle Seahawks CB Brandon Browner is facing another suspension for violating league policy, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. This suspension is for violating of the league’s substance abuse policy. Browner also missed the final four games of last season for violating the league’s performance enhancing drug policy. The suspension will end Browner’s career with the team, according to a source. His contract expires at season’s end.
