Cowboys | Tony Romo nursing sore back

Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo (back) said Sunday, Dec. 22, that he will have an MRI on his back Monday, Dec. 23. However, he does not believe the back injury he suffered in Week 16 will jeopardize his availability for the Week 17 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. ‘He’s kind of getting some special treatment for it,’ owner and general manager Jerry Jones said. ‘It kind of was going down his leg there a little bit. But you saw it – it didn’t keep him from playing and won’t keep (him) from playing.’
