Packers | Looking for Eddie Lacy to become three-down RB

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said he would like RB Eddie Lacy to become more comfortable with playing on all three downs. ‘Eddie Lacy obviously had a heck of a year,’ McCarthy said. ‘He was a primary player for us, [a] play-maker. Eddie’s focus is on being a three-down player. He has to play all three downs throughout the whole game.’

NFL | Jordan Lynch wants to stay at QB

Northern Illinois QB Jordan Lynch said he wants to stay at quarterback and will try to people he has the arm strength and size to play of position in the NFL. ‘I’m a quarterback first,’ Lynch said. ‘I always say I’m a quarterback first and I’ve been proving people wrong ever since I started playing. There is no doubt in my mind I will continue to do that. What I tell teams is that they are going to make a huge mistake if they don’t put me at quarterback.’ He said he has received positive feedback from the people he has been talking to at the combine.
