Given that he would only worth $500,000 in dead money if cut, it’s possible that he could end up gone during or after camp as well if Hill plays to expectations.

Footballguys View: The Bengals have to contend with a new defensive coordinator and the loss of Mike Johnson, so getting Clarke signed and in camp is a help. We don’t expect him to replace Johnson, especially immediately, but he can still have a good impact even if that’s the case.
