Chiefs | Phillip Gaines could add some weight

Kansas City Chiefs CB Phillip Gaines said he weighs 183 pounds but believes he can add some weight before the start of the season. ‘I honestly don’t know how big I can get, but I’m sure once I start eating right and lifting right, I could definitely get to the 190s consistently,’ Gaines said. He said he thinks the extra weight will help him in his press coverage technique.
