Footballguys View: The team really wants Bortles to sit for a year to make sure they don’t repeat their error in rushing Blaine Gabbert into the lineup before he was ready. For fantasy purposes, it’s unlikely he will have much fantasy value as anything but an emergency start so don’t burn a roster spot on him.

The arbitrator, Stephen Burbank, concluded two separate rulings this year in less than a week each. NFLPA communications director Carl Francis said a decision shouldn’t take much longer. The deadline for a ruling is July 15.
Footballguys View: No matter how long it takes, this shouldn’t impact his going to training camp or preseason. Graham is a huge part of this offense whatever position he ‘plays’ and is our unanimous overall TE1 and many on the staff feel as if he is a borderline top ten fantasy pick overall.
