Buccaneers | Mike Evans getting into shape

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (hamstring) is working out with Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall in Miami and said he has no lingering issues from a hamstring injury. He also said he needs to drop 7 to 10 pounds. ‘Physically, I’m not in tip-top shape. I’m getting back into my game shape,’ said Evans. ‘As far as injury-wise, I feel good. I’ve been running, and I feel 100 percent. I’ve got to lose more weight. I’m too heavy right now. But the workouts I’ve been doing, I’ll be fine. I’ll be ready.’

Saints | Jimmy Graham negotiations to start from scratch

New Orleans Saints TE Jimmy Graham’s contract discussions with the team will start at ‘ground zero.’ Both sides were waiting for the arbitrator’s ruling on his franchise tag. There’s a possibility that Graham will not sign his tender if there is no contract agreement by the deadline.

Cardinals | Paul Fanaika at RG

Arizona Cardinals OG Paul Fanaika is entering training camp as the starting right guard.

Footballguys View: The Cardinals constantly have issues along the offensive line for some time and last season Fanaika was part of the problem. He struggled all last year and will be pushed by fourth round pick Earl Watford. Getting Jonathan Cooper back and adding Jared Veldheer back will help the line, but we’re concerned about the right side and what that could mean for Carson Palmer, the passing game in general and the ground attack.
