Footballguys View: Nelson is heading into the final year of his contract, and he’s only due $2.55 million. The Packers have over $13 million in salary cap space, so they should be able to get something done before the start of the season. Nelson is a top-10 receiver, and he’s in line to make somewhere around $10 million annually.

Demaryius Thomas may be in line to sign a contract with a total value from $80-$100 million. He’s simply one of the best in the game and needs to be compensated as such.
