St. Louis Rams WR Tavon Austin posted five receptions for 38 yards in the Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Steelers | DHB, Markus Wheaton do very little
Pittsburgh Steelers WRs Darrius Heyward-Bey and Markus Wheaton had little production in Week 3 against the St. Louis Rams. Heyward-Bey had three grabs for 19 yards, while Wheaton had two catches for 16 yards. Both were targeted three times.
Footballguys View: Heyward-Bey was becoming a good bench stash as the #3 wide receiver in a great offense, but he’s droppable until Ben Roethlisberger is back.
Steelers | Heath Miller posts just two catches
Pittsburgh Steelers TE Heath Miller managed just two receptions for 17 yards in the Week 3 game against the St. Louis Rams. He was targeted three times.
Steelers | Antonio Brown loses his quarterback
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown posted 11 receptions for 108 yards in the Week 3 game against the St. Louis Rams. He was targeted 13 times.
Footballguys View: Brown had another very productive game, but with no Ben Roethlisberger for at least the next month, he’s no longer the #1 fantasy football wide receiver – that would be Julio Jones.
Steelers | DeAngelo Williams nearly invisible
Pittsburgh Steelers RB DeAngelo Williams had just one carry for two yards in the Week 3 game against the St. Louis Rams and he did not have any receptions.
Footballguys View: Williams was the #1 running back in fantasy football through two weeks, and maybe the most essential backup running back to carry in fantasy leagues. Now in a much diminished offense for at least a month, your grip should loosen a little.
Steelers | Le’Veon Bell returns with a score
Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell made his regular season debut in Week 3 against the St. Louis Rams. He carried 19 times for 62 yards and a touchdown, and he also added seven receptions for 70 yards.
Footballguys View: Bell had about half of those yards and the score in the first 17 minutes of the game. He’s probably still the #1 fantasy running back while Ben Roethlisberger, but the gap to #2 is very small now.
Rams | Tre Mason goes nowhere fast
St. Louis Rams RB Tre Mason carried nine times for just 16 yards in the Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he added one catch for 15 yards.
Footballguys View: It doesn’t matter who is running the ball for the Rams, this offensive line isn’t opening any holes.
Rams | Nick Foles disappoints in loss
St. Louis Rams QB Nick Foles completed 19 of his 28 pass attempts for 197 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in the Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also ran once for 10 yards.
Footballguys View: If Foles can’t do it against the Steelers defense, he’s not worth trotting out under any circumstances. The Cardinals should eat him alive next week.
Rams | Kenny Britt hits century mark
St. Louis Rams WR Kenny Britt had seven receptions for 102 yards in the Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was targeted 10 times.
Footballguys View: Jared Cook was the top target the first two weeks, but Britt was featured as the Rams tried to come back against the Steelers. The bottom line is that no Rams receiver is reliable, or maybe even worth rostering in typical leagues heading into Arizona next week.
Bills | Sammy Watkins will not return
Buffalo Bills WR Sammy Watkins (calf) will not return in the second half of the Week 3 game against the Miami Dolphins due to a calf injury.
Footballguys View: Hopefully this is due to the lopsided score more than the severity of injury for Watkins. He battled multiple nagging injuries last year.
