Cowboys | Tony Romo’s injuries a concern?

Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo’s (collarbone) injuries are a concern, especially as he ages, according to former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman. ‘I think the collarbone certainly is a concern,’ Aikman said. ‘He’s broken it now three times in, I believe, the last five years. As you mentioned, they’re going to go in, they’re going to put a plate in. That should strengthen it, is that going to be enough? I don’t know.’

Bills | Aaron Williams, Kyle Williams will be back

Buffalo Bills FS Aaron Williams (neck) will be back in 2016, according to general manager Doug Whaley. ‘Everything we heard, if we would’ve made the playoffs today, they would’ve put him in there and activated,’ Whaley said. ‘So he’s ready to go. So we’re excited about that.’ DT Kyle Williams (knee) is also ‘on track,’ although he’s likely to miss some offseason activities.

Bills | Buffalo GM hesitant about QB class

Buffalo Bills general manager Doug Whaley doesn’t really see a quarterback from the 2016 draft class that would be ready to step into a starting role in the NFL immediately. ‘I think it’s a deep crop and I think it’s a crop that’s going to need some time,’ Whaley said. ‘Now, it depends on their situation, who takes them and what they do. But I would say it’s not as top-heavy as last year where those top two guys would still be the top two guys. How quickly these guys can matriculate into the league, I think it’s going to take a little bit of time. Maybe a year, maybe a half of a year.’
