Ravens | New contract for Joe Flacco soon?
Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco could restructure his contract before the start of free agency, according to ESPN.com’s Jamison Hensley. Flacco has already said he would be willing to do so to give the Ravens more salary cap space. Hensley said the key for restructuring will be to give Flacco more money over the next three years than what he would earn in his current deal.
Browns | Johnny Manziel still not charged
Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel has still not been charged or arrested for allegedly assaulting and threatening his ex-girlfriend.
Footballguys View: Manziel doesn’t have to be charged or arrested to be disciplined by the league. Under the Player Conduct policy, Manziel could see a fine or suspension from the NFL. It’s only a matter of time before the Browns let him go, then we’ll have to see where he winds up for 2016.
