San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick is willing to take a pay cut in 2016 to facilitate a trade to the Denver Broncos, but he’s not willing to slash his pay in 2017. The Broncos are offering Kaepernick a $7 million salary in 2016 and 2017, according to a source. His contract with the 49ers pays a base salary of $11.9 million for the 2016 season and $14.5 million in 2017.
