Jets | Sam Bradford not of interest to Jets
Philadelphia Eagles QB Sam Bradford will not be pursued by the New York Jets, according to NFL Network’s Jeff Darlington.
Footballguys View: The Jets are at an impasse with Ryan Fitzpatrick, but they don’t seem to be in any hurry at the QB position. With the 20th pick in the 2016 NFL draft, a QB may be on the team’s radar.

Dolphins | Jay Ajayi impressing head coach
Miami Dolphins RB Jay Ajayi has impressed new head coach Adam Gase so far in offseason workouts. ‘I guess I never realized how shifty he was, and today was a great example,’ Gase said. ‘Just seeing him stick his foot in the ground and change direction, you didn’t see him do that a lot in college. Just being able to see him move around, it was very impressive for me to see him in person. The way he cut in some of the run game schemes … I mean, I’m really excited to see what we can do going forward.’
Footballguys View: Ajayi is impressing Gase, but the team has constantly been on the lookout for RB help this offseason. They signed C.J. Anderson to an offer sheet (that was matched by the Broncos) and they even kicked the tires on Chris Johnson. We like Ajayi, but we won’t be surprised if the Dolphins move up in the draft to select Ohio State’s Ezekiel Elliott.

NFL | Ezekiel Elliott compared to NFL great
Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott can be an Adrian Peterson-type running back if he stays healthy, according to an anonymous scout. ‘He can catch it, he can pass protect, he’s got NFL size and he can run,’ the scout said. Elliott has been compared to Peterson before by another anonymous scout.
Footballguys View: We don’t think he’s quite to Peterson’s level, but Elliott could be close. Elliott has good burst, is a fine receiver out of the backfield plus he’s intent when running between the tackles. He’s clearly the best RB in this draft class, and he could be a top-10 pick in the 2016 NFL draft.
