Footballguys View: The Broncos have a need at the TE position, but Kasa was not going to be the answer. Expect the team to address the position at some point in the draft…although this is not a strong TE class.

Buffalo Bills WR Percy Harvin has told the Bills that he is retiring, according to a source.

Footballguys View: Harvin had the makings of a superstar WR early in his career. Injuries and inconsistencies have plagued him for years, and his time in the pros is over for now…but we wouldn’t count a return out.

Memphis QB Paxton Lynch was scheduled to visit the New York Jets Thursday, April 14, but that visit has been pushed back to Friday, April 15.

Footballguys View: No worries here. Lynch could be an option for the Jets in the first round….if he’s even on the board when they pick (20th overall).

The Los Angeles Rams traded up to the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft in hopes of landing the next former Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning or Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck, according to NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock. ‘You don’t make the trade unless you think [North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz] can be one of those guys,’ Mayock said, ‘and Carson Wentz has the upside to be one of those guys.’

Footballguys View: The headline should read “Duh” at some point. The Rams have traded away a lot of capital in order to move up to the first pick. Wentz has the ability and upside to be a top-12 QB in the NFL, but many think Jared Goff (California) does as well.

Ohio State DE Joey Bosa or Oregon DE DeForest Buckner could very well be selected by the Baltimore Ravens with their sixth pick in the NFL Draft, if available, according to CBSSports.com’s Jason La Canfora.
