Washington Redskins CB Kendall Fuller (knee) said he expects to be a full participant when training camp begins. Fuller has not been cleared for on-field work at this point but is working with trainers on the side.

Giants | Victor Cruz limited this offseason
New York Giants WR Victor Cruz (knee, calf) has received limited work during offseason workouts but hopes to be a full participant once training camp begins.
Footballguys View: Not only is Cruz coming back from a major knee injury, but he also has this calf problem that plagued him last year to overcome. We won’t feel too excited about his prospects in 2016 until we see him in camp and the preseason. Then, we’ll have a better idea about his potential this season. Cruz said he believes he will be ready for the start of the 2016 season.
Cardinals | Antonio Cromartie likely not a target
Free-agent CB Antonio Cromartie (Jets) likely will not be pursued by the Arizona Cardinals, in the opinion of ESPN.com’s Josh Weinfuss.
Footballguys View: There could be an opportunity for a veteran CB in the Cardinals starting lineup opposite Patrick Peterson. Justin Bethel could be that guy, but he’s coming off April surgery to repair a foot injury. Third-round pick Brandon Williams (Texas A&M) is a raw prospect with starter’s upside, but asking him to start early in his career is a stretch.
Titans | Several players likely will be limited
Tennessee Titans C Brian Schwenke (ankle), LB Derrick Morgan (shoulder) and TE Anthony Fasano (shoulder) likely will be limited at the start of organized team activities.
Titans | Justin Hunter may be limited
Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter (ankle) probably will be limited when organized team activities start later this month.
Footballguys View: A second-round pick in 2013, Hunter has been a disappointment to this point in his career. The Titans have gone out and added talent to the position including free agent Rishard Matthews and in the draft with Tajae Sharpe. In only nine games last year, Hunter had 22 catches for 264 yards and one touchdown.
Titans | Dexter McCluster should have role
Tennessee Titans RB Dexter McCluster should have a role on offense in 2016 even though the team added RBs DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry this offseason, according to head coach Mike Mularkey.
Footballguys View: McCluster doesn’t exactly fit their “exotic smashmouth” offense with Henry and Murray. However, if they use a change-of-pace back it should be McCluster. He may catch a few passes out of the backfield for the Titans, but we’re not looking at him as a fantasy asset in 2016.
Panthers | Braxton Deaver could earn spot
Undrafted free-agent TE Braxton Deaver (Duke) tried out for the Carolina Panthers at their two-day rookie minicamp. Head coach Ron Rivera said Deaver will be in consideration for one of the few remaining roster spots.
Jaguars | Blake Bortles in better situation
Jacksonville Jaguars QB Blake Bortles will be able to jump into offseason work right away on his own because he knows the offense now, as opposed to last year when he waiting for instruction, according to offensive coordinator Greg Olson.
Raiders | Connor Cook impressing
Oakland Raiders QB Connor Cook will vie for the backup position with QB Matt McGloin. Cook impressed head coach Jack Del Rio at rookie minicamp. ‘I think he’s been outstanding,’ Del Rio said. ‘Obviously he is intelligent. He asks good questions. He’s got arm talent. It’s a matter of getting familiar [with] what we do and how we do it.’
