Broncos | Kenny Anunike will be ready

Denver Broncos DE Kenny Anunike (knee) didn’t take part in the offseason workouts as he continues to recover from a knee injury late last year. However, he said he’s ‘feeling great’ and expects to be on the field by the start of training camp next month. Anunike could have a greater role on the defensive line in 2016. He plans to spend most of his time rehabbing at the team’s facility until next month.

Titans | Dorial Green-Beckham still a project

Tennessee Titans WR Dorial Green-Beckham remains somewhat of a project at the NFL level after he was thrown out of Missouri in college and went to Oklahoma but didn’t play in 2014. Wide receivers coach Bob Bratkowski thinks the time off hurt Green-Beckham’s game and caused him to develop at a slower pace. Green-Beckham was picked by the former Titans regime under general manager Ruston Webster, and new general manager Jon Robinson has said before that he’s not particularly interested in projects. For now, Bratkowski said things are trending in the right direction for Green-Beckham.

Texans | Jaelen Strong a changed man

Houston Texans WR Jaelen Strong made an effort to slim down this offseason and change his diet. He also did a lot of running to drop 30 pounds. He also made a conscious effort to surround himself with better people after he was arrested in the offseason for marijuana. ‘I definitely cut a lot of people out,’ Strong said. ‘A lot of people don’t really need to know what’s always going on with me. You’ve got to do what’s best for yourself. And right now, I’m in the best shape I could be.’ Head coach Bill O’Brien has already called Strong ‘one of the most improved players on our football team.’
