Broncos | Devontae Booker impressing
Denver Broncos rookie RB Devontae Booker has impressed running backs coach Eric Studesville from his pass protection to picking up the offensive scheme.
Footballguys View: CJ Anderson got paid, so we expect him to get the bulk of the carries and do think an RBBC is unlikely. That said, Booker could be a good handcuff in case Anderson gets hurt or starts to slip. Pass protection is the bugaboo for rookie backs, and if he can lick that, he could see some time. We don’t expect more than RB4 numbers as of now, but that could change this summer if this keeps up.
