Footballguys View: The Raiders are on the right track, and they’ll certainly have a fantasy-relevant passing game in 2016. Carr is a low-end QB1 with upside, while Cooper is a low-end WR1 for fantasy owners.

San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick (knee, shoulder, thumb) has tried to improve his flexibility this offseason by stretching his back because it would tighten up on him in the past. He is looking to become more limber so he can be a more elusive runner, according to a source. Kaepernick is also wearing contact lenses to help his short-area vision and has a tinted visor on his helmet to protect the contacts and reduce the sunlight in his eyes.

Washington Redskins CB Josh Norman said he has a good understanding of the team’s defense and likes that he will be given a little more freedom on the field under defensive coordinator Joe Barry.
Bengals | William Jackson signs deal
