Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (ankle) was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list Saturday, July 30. Head coach Pete Carroll, who told reporters Rawls is in ‘great shape’ and ‘has not had any setbacks’, also said he will reevaluate his second-year player’s status in four-day segments.

Broncos | Sylvester Williams’ injury not serious
Denver Broncos DT Sylvester Williams (shoulder) tested out well with his shoulder, according to head coach Gary Kubiak.
Footballguys View: Good news for the Broncos here. Williams is going to start at nose tackle in the second year of the Wade Phillips defense. He’ll come off the field in nickel packages (ran over 60 percent of the time by the Broncos last year), but Williams is an important part of their early-down run defense.

Footballguys View: High-ankle sprains are known to linger if not given enough time to heal properly. Nkemdiche is a talented prospect with intriguing upside. We see him as a part-time pass-rusher for the Cardinals this year.
